Story
Mummy, Rhys, Aunty Andy, Cousin Rebecca and friends are taking part in a Halloween 5K Dark Run at Telford Town Park. We will all be either walking/running and glowing in the dark for you. Rhys will be starting the race again this year like last year, you would be very proud of him, he is getting a little star with the mic! Mummy started training in April this year, Rhys has also been out on some training he thinks he's quicker than me Ry - I can see/hear you laughing now.Updates
